The Runtime Navmesh Baker Demo scene

The sample scene is very simple, it contains a player, camera and a simple environment, like so:

Click Play to see the navmesh baked dynamically around the player as it moves. Click the left mouse in the game view to move the character.

In the scene view you can see the Navmesh being generated as the player moves.
